this is because your system might have a functionality enabled that any ticket stays opened for a week will be deleted automatically. I was supposed to show the screenshot of my ticket in my previous reply, but due to having less than 15 posts I was unable to post image link directly or insert image url here !!

There is no auto delete function in place. Staff only deletes spam post which we have been getting alot from (Thanks xrumer). If you still need info feel free to open another ticket if you would like to. Thanks and sorry for the problem.

Yes, but they are nowhere near as reliable or as fast as private proxies and can get burned as fast as your privates. Goolgle is becoming a pain to deal with lol.
