Double check that you have a credit card on file with Paypal and that its up to date. Normally that's what the problem is. They require that for Subscriptions or you can just use the checkout option to get around that but you would have to manually pay each month. I've had several paypal payments just today so I know its working otherwise.

Bitcoin payments are not instant, They need to be confirmed first and it's been taking a little while .Our tickets are handled pretty quickly. How long ago did you open the ticket? I see two and one was answered within 4 minutes and the other within 25 minutes.

So far not very impressed, it just seems that a lot of the proxies I get which I expect to be working are dead.

For example, I just downloaded all the "HTTP Elite" proxies, and ran em through a custom Node JS proxy checker. This is what I got:

Hi, If you are looking for technical support please open up a ticket where we are better able to help.
I did do some test though, Testing HTTP Elite proxies I had over1000 proxies with a 60 second timeout and 750 with a 30 second timeout.

If you can use SOCKS proxies please give them a try, They are ELITE and we have a bunch more of those and they are less used and abused than the HTTP proxies. I tested SOCKS and had 8190 passed proxies with only a 10 second timeout.

SOCKS are really the way to go if you can some how use them with your software.
