Everyone that uses the API, Please make sure that your API link is using api.coolproxies.com and not www.coolproxies.com or just coolproxies.com. All will work at the moment but the API server will become separate in the near future.

Last month your proxies really suck, list are not updated so often as they used to be. Month ago my gscraper's scraping speed was 50-60k urls/minute using your proxies, now it is 5k-18k max. I consider moving to another proxy provider

Last month I moved all our servers to different datacenters which did cause some issues but it was necessary to improve the service from 70-100mb to 1gb networks, etc.

To check when proxies are being updated look at http://coolproxies.com/coolproxies-proxy-statistics/ that will help you identify if there is any problem. (there was one when you posted this message btw, its now fixed).

I also try and post any problems that are going on or if there is scheduled server maintenance like there was last month in the "network status" section on the coolproxies website.

If you are not seeing an improvement please open a trouble ticket so I can get some more information from you.

I'm having trouble logging in to your site. I tried subscribing and something went wrong with paypal so I had to create another account with another email twice because it wont let me log in after I create it. Then I made this last account, I payed, I confirmed my sub and I still cant get in. Wen I try to reset my pass I get no email to reset it or anything like that. Yes I scoured my spam box.

Just an update for everyone on one of our policies. You are not allowed to share or distribute my proxy list. If you do your account will be disabled. I just had to disable two accounts this morning for doing this. I don't like doing this but I need to to keep the proxy list secure for our paying customers.

• Don't post proxies to forums or other list
• Don't use web based proxies testers, they take your submitted proxies and add them to there own list, usually public.

And what's your recommanded software for normal browsing...I wanna set some apps to use your proxies which is via API just like backconnect proxies .I have Proxifier but I'll consider buying a software too.
