I will be requesting a refund and filing a dispute with the credit card company if they contest. For anyone doing business on BHW or anywhere for that matter: If something substantial happens where your product and or customers are affected, be considerate and give them an explanation and updates.

We weren't actually shut down until last night. We fought the C&D we recieved from Facebook, but our team of lawyers adviced us against fighting it anymore. It would simply cost us too much. I will actually be writing a more detailed version of the explanation I've recently given to a few customers and I'll post it in this thread.

I get the C & D and your response to it, but..... A developer that keeps only one copy of his source code? C'mon, you owe your customers more than that! Backing up is just plain common sense. Good luck with your next project. Lot's of lessons learned on this one.

I experienced lots of problems with your software. I have a lot of sympathy for you and it sucks that your attorney sucked all your profits!

However, at the end of the day, I purchased Bostagram and spent countless days trying to get keys to work and then once you emailed me new ones, the bot went down.
