Bulger chose me to be one of the people to test out his service, with the promise of leaving a review. I'll list both Pros and Cons, as unbiased as possible.

Firstly, Bulger is always a pleasure to deal with. I've had the chance to work with him more than once (although I doubt he remembers me, as he surely gets enough orders to warrant forgetting!). I sent him my URLs and Keywords, and that was that.

After several days, I received my report. It was a well detailed excel file split into multiple pages and columns.

Firstly, the Web 2.0's. They had images included, and a readable article. Obviously not perfect quality, but good enough. There were 28 Web 2.0's that were supplied, and of those 28, I can confirm at the time of writing that 18 are working. Several were removed, and several of the websites are giving Database errors, so I can't give you exact numbers, but it's a very pleasing number nonetheless.

Bulger also offers Document sharing sites, but didn't offer them in the review. I'm more than certain they'll be a gem well worth paying for!

The links were submitted to over 80 Article sharing websites, and after running the links through a Link checker, roughly 80% of the links are live. The articles were on topic, and readable as well, and 95% of the links were hyperlinked with my anchor text. (some were simply the raw URL due to HTML not being supported).

My links were then ran through Social Bookmarking, which was submitted to over 250 different (High PR) Social Bookmarking websites, of which 200+ were still live. Hyperlinked, and working.

Also supplied were Facebook Shares, Tweets, and Google +1's, which were all delivered, and were all live and working as of typing this out. I can't say whether or not this will do anything in such a small amount, but I'm certain with more social signals the push would be fantastic.

I was then given some good quality Web profiles (not to be confused to low quality forum profiles), which I was in urgent need of. It can be difficult to find non-forum websites to leave a link on, but Bulger has clearly compiled a good list websites to build your profile on. This is one of the best parts of his service in my opinion, as I was in need of this specific form of backlink to help diversify my link profile.

Wiki links.. well what can I say. No matter who you order through, they always seem relatively the same in quality. They were mostly (90%+) live, and the articles were roughly the same quality as the Web 2.0's, so it's not a bad addition.

The Web 2.0's were then Bookmarked to help further get them indexed.

To sum it up: Bulger offers a great, high quality service. The pros are listed above. The cons? There were only a few. Articles could be better quality, but that's only something small. I was hoping more Web 2.0's stuck as well, but it must be my niche that had them deleted. I would definitely order this again in the future, when I get the funds to do so!

tl;dr

The service is great. Could use a little improvement with the articles, but otherwise I recommend it (especially for the Web profiles!).

Also, as for my rankings, I can say that I've seen some positive movement for several keywords, although I've also seen one tank (but I'm sure that's due to Google dancing). I'll update this post over the next couple weeks with further movement.

Sorry for how long this was, but it's 4am and I just wanted to make sure I covered everything. :q

Review: I am sorry this is a late review just busy with things. So I received the report I think it was last week. Very detail and everything was there no complain what so ever. As for results I have yet to see I guess it is too early for.
I will update for sure.
 
So where to start with this service Bulger top guy but results far from expected. He literally summersaulted my main keyword to first page! Around a 5400 exact search volume and Bulger got it from around page 2-3 to position 5-8 (it is dancing and stabilising) and whats better is words i wasnt ranking at all for before im ranking within top 30 for them. And those keywords range from 6,000 to 12,000 exact searches. Optimum and brilliant package immediate results and most of all brilliant also helping me rank high for more competitive words, what can i say? Thought i would be bumped to a good position Bulger flung my site into a brilliant position, it was penalised aswell. Well iv already got 4 more sites i want this package on just waiting for my payments to then pay Bulger to get working on them.

received the reports few days ago, it's was prepared professionally.

overall, this service did positive movement for my site. most of kws moved up slightly, one kw jumped from nowhere to #13. however my 2 targeting kw's still sit at same position (#4 and #3), hope they will also move up in next few weeks :)
