My fucking submissions stopped at 20 and I paid for 30 days... I contacted support twice now and they assured me links will continue but it's been a week and nothing. I was hoping this would be a long term solution for me but I just stopped my fucking reoccurring paypal until this shit gets sorted if ever.

Hi Dumper, I'm not sure what happened except that I know the team had some national holidays in the country they're in. But Veni at the support desk is very good and will get you taken care of. That's where this issue should be resolved.

Well she's the one who responded over a week ago and nothing has been done. If they had a holiday not a big deal but how about a heads up? It's shitty business just to stop work that's been paid for and then have to track down what's going on!

What will happen if I canceled my subscription? Will it immediately forfeit the current package that I paid putting it to stop? It's because I want to pay the subscription via "direct source" of funding and not from my credit card which is a disabled option on my paypal account. And is it allowed to just pay my subscription manually where it doesn't have to automatic?

Hi elmostreet, if you cancel, you'll still get service until the time period that you paid for has expired. But be sure to send a message to the team explaining that you've canceled and still want the rest of your submissions.

It will have to be automatic payments for continued, uninterupted submissions. But you can pay and cancel each month if you like. But like I said, be sure to communicate with the support desk on this matter.
