Of course it is. In our experience we stand by this and won't recommend "beginner" "faint" SEO stuff contrary to popular belief - getting sandboxed, baby SEO packs are old school as we know it. As long as the site is complete, indexed and in a position to be promoted, let the Champion take care of it with a good initial boost!
