It's totally impossible to vary anchor text. But as these apps get approved slowly, it will appear as natural drip feed!

It's because, almost everyone submitted sites that are already on Page 1 of Google for highly competitive terms. That's why SERP changes reviews are not there 'cause they only gained 1 or 2 spots up or experiencing Google Dance with this service.
