I was lucky enough to test this service for a discounted price. Here is my review.

This method is not new, but have not been part of the mainstream linkbuilding. When it first came out everyone was submitting screensavers but download sites quickly banned them. So it's a bit tricky to get a software accepted by them. crusher creates software that's accepted by these sites!

How it works? I had to create a folder /pad/ on my site and upload an exe file and a couple other files to that folder. crusher was patient with me as I had some problems with my server's configurations.

Couple days later I have received my report. He submitted to about 3000 sites and I would say about 60-70% was successful. I have searched for the software's name in quotes and I already see about 100 results.

The android app looks good, although I am not sure what its value is because I can only see a nofollow redirect link pointing to my site from the android page.

The one thing I would point out is that there is no anchor diversity so make sure you have built your site with a good basis of link diversity. Otherwise I highly recommend this service!

I would like to have seen a single report but I seem to have a mash of different files so this is a bit confusing, and one reason why Ill have to leave a proper review when I get time to go through the files

URL would be prNA due to them being new, but the seller doesn't provide the domain pagerank (take note maybe)

Report received and the OP was extremely helpful throughout the process. I had issues getting the Pad file to work on my server so he hosted it on his own server. To be honest, I'm not sure how it works. But he got the job done with minimal hands on from my part. Thats how a service provider should be. Delivering a service without having the buyer go through hell! So kudos to the OP and his service. I am not very technically sound so I don't even know how to interpret the report half the time. I did notice that the success rate is pretty good at 60+ to 70+%. I hope my links will stay since the files are on his server and not mine. I will be monitoring indexed links and SERP. Thank you very much to the OP. He is legit, helpful and professional!

I agree that there is not anchor diversity! But again, this type of links are very rare which are not being used by many SEO'ers! I have seen nothing but upwards rankings as of now! Just take a look below -

There are a lot of reports 'cause I used 6 softwares for the submissions including one custom software that I got myself built for $700 or so! You can't do more than 1000 submissions with 1 tool. And the success rate is always lower than expected because of several types of errors. I try to improve them by making different type of apps.
