Can I withdraw money to the VCC? Does the VCC function like a normal debit card? Paypal allows me to withdraw the money to any card that is based in Slovenia... The address has to match that of the card... and in paypal on the withdraw menu I can enter any card (even debit) as long as it has the Vissa logo - also I can change the billifg address for that particular card... I don't care if I cannot withdraw the money in cash, I am just interested to spend them online.

Permanent Limited Accounts cannot be restored.

Just a quick one to say well done to secondeye. This is the first time I used their service and I have to say it was top class. Very professional, excellent output and delivered as promised. When I submitted it, paypal removed my limitation within hours.

Would definitely use secondeye services again !!
