How does your USPS reship notary form work? Is notarization real looking to give to reship company?

Yes, I used it for PayPal. I sent in the photo of the utility bill, not the scan. Account was verified within 24 hours.

unfortunatly he his not the only one.
i paid u over 100$ if i am not mistaken , and what i got in respond ?
my ppl acc got blocked permanently with lots of money inside.
it never worked in any other site that required verification . (i tried at least 10), no one accept it.

thats because u used photoshop pretty poorly when the person is asked to take a "selfie", on top of that i am pretty sure u are using the same guy for these picture , so now they can corolate all those same pictures of the same guy within seconds with machine learning and face recgnition .
