I am looking for a vcc to verify paypal, that's all. Yes i saw a lot of positive feedbacks, but i saw it before at a another vcc/paypal verification seller.
Bought service -> received vcc -> can't connect needed to use a other one.. -> got my money refunded(by dispute as the seller ignored me) previous week.
I can try it again but then i want atleast be sure that i will receive my money back if it is not working.

only need to figure out how i gonna top up the balance yet..

about docs.. well who knows i need you for that in the future..
