To give an example, some of my keywords had $32 CPC! I also received login info for a twitter + facebook account that I didn't even know I was going to get, so that was a pleasant surprise. (report mentioned that twitter and fb followers will be added soon)
I am very pleased with this service and if anyone is still deciding whether to try it or not, I say go for it. So far, it's unlike any other site building service I've ordered in the past, I am actually excited to start my SEO campaign on this one.
Since this is an honest review, I do have to mention something that confused me. The on page seo for all the inner pages is superb. However, the keywords for my homepage do not seem to be mentioned anywhere on the page. I am a bit baffled by this but perhaps this was done as a way to retain authority from the previously aged website.
Conclusion (9.5/10)
The website I received exceeded my expectations and did not make me feel as if it was put together through an assembly line (even if it was
). It is the first time I am actually excited to SEO a site that was not built by me as the quality rivals some of my very own sites. I will report back here in a month or 2 about my progress, but for those still deciding, try it. You won't regret it.

Got my site, here's my review:
The domain
My domain is just over 7 years old, PR1 and has a strong catalogue of backlinks which should ensure that it keeps, or even increases, the PR. It used to be a company's domain based on the archive.org data, but presumably the company has since gone out of business.
One question which hasn't come up is how long until the domains expire - mine expires in 10 months, so no unexpected renewal costs for ages yet.
The Niche
It's definitely a selling niche, so should be easy enough to monetize the site.
Keyword Research
The keywords which OP supplied are excellent, buying keywords which will be easy to monetize.
The content
The only possible fault with the service as far as I can see (and not exactly a critical issue) is the content, which isn't perfect - it's certainly not bad, and the articles are obviously well researched, it just doesn't look like a native speaker has written it as there are a few grammatical errors. For all the time it will take to fix the errors though, I can't complain.
The onpage SEO
Excellent onpage SEO, natural flowing text and the keywords are not forced or overused.
The service
Delivered quickly and with all instructions included, OP is quick to communicate as well.
The price
For what the OP delivers, the price is very good - you'd get a lot less for the same money on Flippa.

Lol are you kidding? It's one day past the 15 days, and you're already wanting to cancel and refund?
On the 9th he posted that it could take up to 25 days now because of the popularity of his service. If you're that impatient, maybe IM and SEO isn't for you. It's not a get rich quick scheme, and if you have to wait another 5-10 days, you know what? It's worth it.
Now if your only complaint is that you haven't had a reply to a query about the status, then I agree, he should let you know how much longer it will be.
I'd wait a month to get the sites he delivers if needed, because you can't find aged domains with PR for this price elsewhere, for the most part.

Alright after a few hick ups and a bit of a misunderstanding I today received my site. He was a little worried I would not keep an open mind but I am not that type of guy. A saying I go by is it is what it is. If it is good I am gonna tell you it is good and if it is bad beef or not I am gonna tell you so. I always speak my mind no matter what.As I am sure he has found out. Yes at times it might not be right and it might not be what someone wants to hear but I am gonna say it anyway. Anyway not one of my strong points. I think I am rambling but I have been up for the past 62 hours dealing with another problem. So forgive me with that.
Okay now on about the site.
I never put much stock in a free theme. I am a power guy like to show I have money and usually get my themes custom designed just for me. So when I saw that the theme was a free theme in the sales letter needless to say I had a little bit of some doubts but ordered anyway. The theme was absolutely excellent. It just worked. The color scheme is just like I would have used on a custom theme. Or should I say requested when getting one built. It is a marketers color scheme. Now I say marketers color scheme and you might be a little curious as to what I am referring to but certain colors are proven to have a high conversion ratio. You learn this in Marketing 101 even if you are not an online marketer and only focus on offline the same still applies. This is a color scheme built to get people to convert. So on this point BRAVO.
I seen a new plugin that I have failed to see before that he also brought to my attention when looking at the plugins on the site. It is a sliding twitter and facebook bar. it slides the icon diagonally across the screen. That is pretty wicked. I have encountered it on HTML static sites and this is the first I have seen it used in a WP site. So now I have a little something to work with that i never knew even existed. Glad I noticed that
There is 6 articles some have videos and some have pictures and rather it has a video or picture makes no rhyme or reason so they do not look like they are planned. They look natural. Like if you had a blog you are not gonna ALWAYS throw in a video on your blog. Sometimes you might just have a picture. This to me tells me that they do think of the little things to make your blog appear more natural. The more natural that a blog is the more chances you have of not suffering a penalty in the future. We all know that google hates random as it is very hard for them to figure out if you are doing anything slick or not. I always said they key to a successful google SEO is randomization on not just links but on your blog itself. This fits all those rules.
The only slight problem I did find was the fact that the front page had all the articles on it.Now to some this might not be any great deal and it is not for me either. Hey I have to call it like I see it the good the bad the slightly bad and the ugly. This is an easy fix on my end will take like 2 seconds to make the home page a static page. Wordpress is one of those CMS's you have to be EXTREMELY careful with as unbeknown to many people it can suffer dupe content penalties. Google will decide WHICH version of the content it wants to show in it's search results. So if you build some positive SEO offiste to a page and google decides it wants to show the content that you did not build the link to for that keyword you will have to work double hard. It is best to work with google then against it. So little things you can do to keep yourself in there good graces like not showing the content twice on the same website and making things like categories and tags no follow will go a long long way. I am just putting this in here for anyone to read and so they can have some idea of what is going on and some things you can do to improve sites rather or not you use this service or not.
All in all I will recommend this service to a friend. I find this to be a great service. I say 4.75 stars out of 5. the .25 star was for not having a static home page. *I rarely give out five stars and rarely give anyone above a three star but this guy earned it. 1. Putting up with me and 2. His work is quality.*
Short note after some review of the site the way it looks and some of the links do not build crap links to it of any sort. I know he sent that in his report but just to clarify no spun content article links no forum profile links and no wordpress comments no matter how good they may looks. If you want to rank sites like these the best thing is to increase your social media presence. Also create some social web 2.0 mini sites. Do not do this for the mere SEO benefits. Also do it for the traffic benefits. When you create like a squidoo site for example. Focus on what that user would like to see and invite them to check out your site in a natural way. IF you want a forum links which are still great do not just SPAM your website all over the forum or in your signature. Find niche based communities in your niche. If for example you have a site on woodworking find a woodworking forum and CONTRIBUTE to the discussion. Offer advise. YES offer advise a lot of these people do not know how to use a search engine and you can look up there answer at yahoo google or bing for that matter and use that to answer the question. Make sure you include your signature. If they like what you have to say and your link fits the niche they will be more then happy I am sure to check out your site. This will not only get your traffic but also increase your presence on the web and get you known to be an industry leader google sees things like this and awards accordingly. It does not appear to set off google spam filters like when you build up thousand of xrummer type links. In today's google LESS is MORE.
Well I hope that helped someone or anyone for that matter. If you are on the fence about getting this service do not be. Yes it might take a lot longer then some MNS providers out there but the thing is you are not getting a MNS quality type site. What you are getting is so much more. I seen a new plugin that I have failed to see before that he also brought to my attention when looking at the plugins on the site. It is a sliding twitter and facebook bar. it slides the icon diagonally across the screen. That is pretty wicked. I have encountered it on HTML static sites and this is the first I have seen it used in a WP site. So now I have a little something to work with that i never knew even existed. Glad I noticed that
There is 6 articles some have videos and some have pictures and rather it has a video or picture makes no rhyme or reason so they do not look like they are planned. They look natural. Like if you had a blog you are not gonna ALWAYS throw in a video on your blog. Sometimes you might just have a picture. This to me tells me that they do think of the little things to make your blog appear more natural. The more natural that a blog is the more chances you have of not suffering a penalty in the future. We all know that google hates random as it is very hard for them to figure out if you are doing anything slick or not. I always said they key to a successful google SEO is randomization on not just links but on your blog itself. This fits all those rules.
The only slight problem I did find was the fact that the front page had all the articles on it.Now to some this might not be any great deal and it is not for me either. Hey I have to call it like I see it the good the bad the slightly bad and the ugly. This is an easy fix on my end will take like 2 seconds to make the home page a static page. Wordpress is one of those CMS's you have to be EXTREMELY careful with as unbeknown to many people it can suffer dupe content penalties. Google will decide WHICH version of the content it wants to show in it's search results. So if you build some positive SEO offiste to a page and google decides it wants to show the content that you did not build the link to for that keyword you will have to work double hard. It is best to work with google then against it. So little things you can do to keep yourself in there good graces like not showing the content twice on the same website and making things like categories and tags no follow will go a long long way. I am just putting this in here for anyone to read and so they can have some idea of what is going on and some things you can do to improve sites rather or not you use this service or not.
All in all I will recommend this service to a friend. I find this to be a great service. I say 4.75 stars out of 5. the .25 star was for not having a static home page. *I rarely give out five stars and rarely give anyone above a three star but this guy earned it. 1. Putting up with me and 2. His work is quality.*

I know he sent that in his report but just to clarify no spun content article links no forum profile links and no wordpress comments no matter how good they may looks. If you want to rank sites like these the best thing is to increase your social media presence. Also create some social web 2.0 mini sites. Do not do this for the mere SEO benefits. Also do it for the traffic benefits. When you create like a squidoo site for example. Focus on what that user would like to see and invite them to check out your site in a natural way. IF you want a forum links which are still great do not just SPAM your website all over the forum or in your signature. Find niche based communities in your niche. If for example you have a site on woodworking find a woodworking forum and CONTRIBUTE to the discussion. Offer advise. YES offer advise a lot of these people do not know how to use a search engine and you can look up there answer at yahoo google or bing for that matter and use that to answer the question. Make sure you include your signature. If they like what you have to say and your link fits the niche they will be more then happy I am sure to check out your site. This will not only get your traffic but also increase your presence on the web and get you known to be an industry leader google sees things like this and awards accordingly. It does not appear to set off google spam filters like when you build up thousand of xrummer type links. In today's google LESS is MORE.
Well I hope that helped someone or anyone for that matter. If you are on the fence about getting this service do not be. Yes it might take a lot longer then some MNS providers out there but the thing is you are not getting a MNS quality type site. What you are getting is so much more. Below I attached a screen shot to show the amount of care they took creating the site. It is a custom menu. While yes I know they are not hard to make the fact is they took the time to do it. That is time they could be building new sites. Yet it is this attention to detail which is why I would definitely recommend them.

Alright after a few hick ups and a bit of a misunderstanding I today received my site. He was a little worried I would not keep an open mind but I am not that type of guy. A saying I go by is it is what it is. If it is good I am gonna tell you it is good and if it is bad beef or not I am gonna tell you so. I always speak my mind no matter what.As I am sure he has found out. Yes at times it might not be right and it might not be what someone wants to hear but I am gonna say it anyway. Anyway not one of my strong points. I think I am rambling but I have been up for the past 62 hours dealing with another problem. So forgive me with that.
Okay now on about the site.
I never put much stock in a free theme. I am a power guy like to show I have money and usually get my themes custom designed just for me. So when I saw that the theme was a free theme in the sales letter needless to say I had a little bit of some doubts but ordered anyway. The theme was absolutely excellent. It just worked. The color scheme is just like I would have used on a custom theme. Or should I say requested when getting one built. It is a marketers color scheme. Now I say marketers color scheme and you might be a little curious as to what I am referring to but certain colors are proven to have a high conversion ratio. You learn this in Marketing 101 even if you are not an online marketer and only focus on offline the same still applies. This is a color scheme built to get people to convert. So on this point BRAVO.
