Customer service is kinda weak... one way communication so far, very confusing and not much help or info provided.
It would be awesome to have someone to let me actually know what is the problem if there is one and try to solve it.
Before i ordered this you said if i am not familiar with process you will guide me.
So far i barley get email reply.
Please be more specific, and take a notes who is who regarding emails and orders.

First of all, i dont assume.... i just say where i wasnt happy. Regarding the service you sell...i am 100% sure it will be great but, some stuff are not working that well...we dont have to go into details, i did send emails to 2-3 accounts, but doesnt matter.
Like i said...i did order because i am sure i will get great site.But if someone is not happy about something, you do your best to solve it.
Bottom line, i am excited to see what i will get, and i am sure it will be great
