Just adding to this really;


Me and Greg are always looking at ways to either improve the service, our customer service and also on ways to to rank your websites. SEO is a changing game and we're pretty good at staying ahead of the game 97% of the time. The other 3% we go back to the drawing board and rank it, tank it, test it and play with it until we can fine tune everything the best we can.

One of the main things that we've always found a pain in the ass is the way we report SERP positions and how much manual work is involved in keeping live proxies, software updates and keeping servers up and running all the time. This is fine if you're running a rank tracking service but in fact this is a tiny tiny tiny section of what we offer. However, this is actually taking up more of our time than anything else SO we have decided to test out a few different options on how you get those reports. We need it to be as streamlined as possible, we don't want to spend two hours a day keeping a server running when we can focus on other things. Pretty much all of our clients use their own rank tracking anyway and they just use ours as a backup.

We have Google Analytics installed on the reports on the server and hardly anyone actually viewed them, so all that time for something that barely anyone actually uses.

So, we have decided to do away with how we run the server, quite frankly it gets on our nerves, it packs up all the time and we would sooner spend that two hours a day (roughly) actually talking with our clients on email/skype etc. We do this pretty well on this already but we want to spend more time live chatting on things like Skype with our clients.

As you can tell by the reviews, we actually really care about ranking your sites and we want to make that service even better.

The key to running a good business is to know where you can improve it, and not being afraid to take big steps to make that change.

Overall, once our testing on the new rank tracking is finished it will be quite frankly, awesome and streamlined!!

BUT (always one)

It's not ready yet, some of you may have got an email this morning with a PDF file attached that showed out of date SERP positions so please ignore that email until we say otherwise, it's really out of date and it's only A BETA part of the service. It shouldn't have gone out so please don't stress about it being wrong, we know

The aim of this service is to rank your sites, we're pretty darn good at that (read the reviews) but we want to be even better and shifting everything to a streamlined rank tracker will free up ALOT of time, that's time we can spend with you!

I'm on my 4th month with these guys now. They are really great and they actually cares about your website and it's rankings unlike many other SEO providers. I had really good results so far but i got some really hard keywords to rank so it will take a few months more before i get to page 1 and it wouldn't be possible to reach there any faster than this.

They have been really helpful, even outside the SEO part. They been helping me out with some marketing tips and some other stuffs and always answer to emails fast.

Just my short review, use these guys if you want results!

Glad to hear!! I was getting worried when I noticed nothing moved in my report and some original starting ranks we're incorrect....

I always like a company that improves itself!!! Better for us all!!

Due to some issues with some reports not updating, me and Dan have decided to use another rank tracking solution. We have been undergoing some tests these last couple of days, and the system sent out the reports by accident.

Me being the tech guy I am, you can see where things can go wrong. One thing is for sure - by the time you get the next ranking report, everything will be cleared out.

Very Good service just the online suggestions themselves are worth the money. Having someone so experienced to give detailed feedback about your website is priceless. Much cheaper than any offline boutique SEO out there.

I promised these guys a review a while back, and here it finally is.

Verdict: Can't speak highly enough of this service. I was concerned at first because the price was a lot for me, but I took a gamble and it's certainly paid off.

I was accepted and had my rank tracker set up very quickly, all very professionally done. I added the guys on Skype and spoke to Dan and he immediately had a run through my site to look for some tweaks and additions I could make. He was extremely helpful and my site was already in decent shape so this didn't take long at all. After this, I left the guys to do their work. If I ever did need to contact them I left them a message on Skype and if they didn't respond before I signed out, I had a message left for me.

They quoted me 4 months to rank me but after 1 1/2 to 2 months:

Says it all really! This service combined with other services I used prior to signing up with Greg and Dan has shot me to #1 for two of my main keywords, they have stuck since the middle of August. I used the services prior to this one back in July and was up around the #20-#30 area, so these guys gave me a massive push all the way to the top in a very impressive space of time. My other keywords, for which I was ranking nowhere, are now all in the top 50 and probably would of reached much higher by now if I didn't have to put my subscription on hold. I don't have the full rankings currently as I've just got a new laptop and need to get my software installed.

Very much looking forward to renewing my subscription soon and hopefully signing up some more sites with them.

Just got a new package on a site that G smashed. Excited to see if it can be pulled back up to the top 10 from the 60-90 positions it was thrown back into.

I will make sure to report back for those of you following along.

Just wanted to share my experience: Spoke with wannabie via skype and went over my situation. Just came out of G00gle penalty just over 30 days ago and he suggested I wait at least another month, but in the mean time just do some social bookmarks. He said he didn't want to take my money when I could do it myself over the next month or so.

I really appreciate his honesty. Most people would have said "sure, we can help" and gladly take payment.

This just shows what kind of people are behind this...total class act move right there.

I will def be back in touch in about a month and see what he says then.

Anyone serious about a good SEO provider - my experience, although not results based gives me great confidence that these guys know what they are doing!

A quick update -

These guys really know what they're talking about. They pretty much tear a site apart and give suggestions on what can be improved. I've just started to see some postive results for most of the terms but its still early days and I am fully aware that sites can bounce up and down Google and this is something that wannabe has stated when I signed up but I haven't seen bouncing, just upwards which is awesome.

This is a service that's one of a kind, if you went to an offline seo firm and asked for the same type of service you would be paying $xxxx a month for sure

Ill be bringing a few other clients over to you guys towards the end of the month after I have moved to a new office

Been using this service on a penalised site for about 4 months. This site was one of my moneymakers, so it was a big kick for me when the site got hit to nowhere in G. Gave Dan the site to work on and now 3 of my keywords are top 10 and 4 of them are top 20. Would highly recommend these guys if you have a site you want to rank.

Great communication and equally great help and suggestions to improve onsite SEO.

It's been 1 month since I signed up with these guys and I submitted a brand new site just to test this service. I didn't see much of a change in rankings until today. My site shot up from no where to page 2-3 for my keywords. At this rate I should easily make a good return on my investment by the end of the year!

On another note, nothing lasts for ever. So when you two are tired of the seo business, you should sell me your secrets!

I just want to chime in this thread since I purchased some services from Dan, and I've been extremely pleased with the professionalism of his team, and the communication. I've actually used them before I even had a BHW account (around 8-9 months ago) and he has never disappointed me, and always amazed me with the results. So I've been on the Rookie package for about 2 months now, and the site was brand new, and I am in TOP 3 on 3 keywords, and I am on page 1 on I believe all of them. Here are some graphs on the most important keywords of mine:

As you can see I have nothing but positive things to say about Dan and his team. A huge vouch from me.

These guys are Great SEO Experts with a ton of experience, you won't regret using them. Both of them are super SEO geniuses , very active and always there to help you out, they know what they're doing.

Quick update about my main keyword 3,350,000 exact monthly US searches/ 5,000,000 exact Global. Before their service 27th now dancing around 14-16th position in US. Top 10 are as I like to call dinosaurs but I feel that my website will soon be one of them.

Just signed up one site with these guys and going to sign another up, the start-up process is very professional and you get a really good overview of what to expect and when to expect it, so far so good...I also had quite a lot of advice through skype about several of my sites.

Just a little review. I have been working with them for a month now. Communication has been good/fast. Advise has been well thought out and thorough. They really work with you and your specific sites needs to tailor their service to that. I have been happy so far and will be renewing. I would recommend to others.

Review: Sitting pretty.

10/12 keywords are in the top ten and the other two are on the way up. The guys are always around to help if you have questions and while I can't say that $$ elsewhere wouldn't have helped my rankings as well, I don't have any complaints.

After working with Dan and Greg for the past 3 months or so, I am pleased to say that they have delivered on everything that they promised.

My site is ranking in the top 10 for all 6 keywords. I'm very very impressed by their work and will be expanding to all my other websites soon.

As most of you know, we always give clients a bit of time if a recurring payment bounces or fails for any reason. Up until now we have given people a week or two graces while they sort themselves out.

This is now going to stop, we don't mind this happening to the odd person, crap happens but now it's a trend and it will stop as its taking the biscuit.
