I have 3 sites that I would like for you to have a look at - am I allowed to submit 3 sites for evaluation or should I stick with one at the time. Don't want to be accused of using your service to assess my sites for free.
Could you send them through but have them in a separate email/order request? Ill try and get to it a bit later but weekends are a fair bit slower as we try and have some downtime for ourselves
It keeps our end nice and tidy

I tried submitting a site to be reviewed at least a couple months ago. I never heard back. If a site doesn't qualify for whatever reason do you
still let us know? I'm ranking #1 on Bing, Yahoo and no where to be found on Google, so I'm curious if you guys can help my site or not.

Not really but we have used Gtalk a few times, shoot us an email through the site and we can see what can be done.

How are the rankings doing after the last couple of updates that just happened? Have you guys noticed any drops? I know nobody selling a service wants to admit it but I'm curious as to how the service is fairing in that regard and what things you guys may have noticed in sites that did take a hit.

We had a couple of clients with EMDS take a hit but we had already planned for them to rebrand and turn the sites into proper brand type sites so for them it was the kick up the bum they needed. Thankfully we knew it was coming and prepared the clients.
Overall things are looking good to be honest, we're not a set link building firm and even if Google wiped out one of our techniques it wouldn't matter as we don't stick to the same things (plus each client is so different so cant use the same thing). We go pretty far to get things right and working the way they should, from on or offpage. I think we spent about 2k last month on testing on our own sites as well so we're pretty clued up and in the loop. Its quite handy with me being in the UK and Greg being the Yankie, its pretty much round the clock.
We had one client who slipped a bit but it turned out they brought a handful of blogroll links without telling us, one thing we're quite strict on but we managed to find the problem pretty quick, and work with the client to fix any issues. (this is one reason we're quite strict on for a reason)
We sometimes get the odd dance with the odd client, but that's just SEO to be fair and with the recent updates over the last two or three weeks that can't really be helped but its turned out pretty well so quite happy.
