Unfortunately I have to agree with this exact review. I wasn't waiting for any miracles either but service level is very bad at this point. From the very start there were issues with e-mails not sent and after few questions login details finally poped in my junk folder. After this it took 2 weeks for guys to actually provide me with 6 KWs (I gave them 6 from the start). Then all of initial 6 KWs suffered a drop in SERPs and now they're starting to get back. One of my KW has dropped of top200 and none of 6KWs provided by them are in top200 yet.

I was waiting for 2 weeks for some sort of miracle to happen so KWs would go into top positions, yet nothing were happening. Today I wrote a letter to support and after few hours got some kind of angry reply stating that I just need to wait MORE. And suddenly KWs went up, but only in their tracker. Still waiting for these KWs to go up in another SERP trackers as well.

Overall what is disturbing is that i bought other $50 services in the past which were more efficient and customer-friendly than this one, and this is really frustrating.
There is just no miracles and guarantees in seo, everybody keeps saying 'you need to wait more' and 'this is not our fault' afterwards.

Would you mind if I show the SERP reports here then? And the various amounts of emails and skype chats here as well? What about the new keywords we found for you, angry reply? It was firm because we don't like people swearing at us out of the blue

I haven't said a bad thing about you or your work, I just asked not to 'bullshit' me, please not take the point of discussion away, just stick to your job.

There are two things you need achieve in 2 weeks, both of them said by you in e-mail or skype. Please do so I can get back here with a decent review which will nullify current one.

No need to switch this to a personal level and distract attention from initial point of my post.

Had some issues with logging into the site. Contacted Wannabie and he came on skype and he helped me to understand what they were doing and where I'm at. The communication is such a big factor for me after I tried the Jolt SEO service and feel like I was taken. Makes me feel really good about this service.

How soon can I see an increase in the rankings? I know that no one can guarantee rankings but the reason why I am asking is that I ve working with previous SEO firms (love clients.com) in particular and my experience with them was downright horrible. Even after 6 months, no keyword was on the first page and they come back and say that duplicate content was the issue (That was before Google's updates) I've had other site with duplicate contents but ranking on the first page. Thus, seo firms left a bad taste in my mouth as I feel that they are just receiving money and afraid of pushing the keywords up because we might leave after the keywords is up.

On the other hand, Ive purchased single packages from BHW and my keywords (high competition with 100k+ direct results) went to the first page within a month. I was amazed and even though I was paying $200 for a single keyword, at least results were shown unlike the seo firm that i have been with.

So I want to know the success rate and the estimated time period of when I can see results

Just a note, my rankings are going in good direction. They dip for a day or two but recover and better than before. Keep up the good work and I'll upgrade to 24 keyword package real soon.

One of the tough keywords have gradually come up from 92 to 39

That is different for every website, ethant. What we do is we get together and analyze some factors to see what we can do with your site. After that, we send a notification to the client with our conclusion.

You would be surprised, most of the OnSite changes needed aren't big fixes, mostly minor stuff. However, over time, they really do make a difference.

In terms of links, we don't just send a bunch of links as that would hurt any site. We have a very specific way we do our thing to make sure you only see positive results. With each site, we tweak our strategy a bit to fit its needs.
