I must add, that hardly any of the keywords we're in the top200 when started but we worked with nguyend to tweak onpage then worked our magiv offpage, and its working really well

Hey guys, I know you are the right guys for SEO so I would like to get you to work on some of my sites. Before we go on, I have a few questions:

1. I have been treating these sites like my babies, no penalties at all - you are doing whitish SEO or more in the gray area?

2. Would it be possible for you guys to give me some sort of a discount for bulk orders?

3. I am not the type of a person that checks up every day for progress as I know SEO is long term, how often do you track progress of your campaigns?

4. I don't have a paypal, is it possible to pay via moneybookers or a credit card? (i am sure this was answered before but I just want to make sure I have the latest info)

5. I have a new site with around 5-6 keywords I am targeting, I would like to get the 24 keywords package as my niche is a very profitable one, but I had some trouble finding more easy keywords, would you be able to find some that you can rank and would benefit me?

I know it's a lot of questions, but I just wanna be sure before we get the orders done. I already submitted some of the sites, please take a look and let me know if they're something you would work on.

We offer something that's completely different to anything else, its not a service were we fire a ton a of links at a site and see what sticks and hope for the best- Think of a seo firm without the high price tag

We work with a client to get the onpage right, then we do our own high quality link magic, none of this senuke rubbish so its whitehat, question is this; Would we put put our sites through the same process as we would for your site...........Yes, without a doubt,

Depending on the package its either once a week or daily, the 'Rookie deal' and 'For the Seasoned Player are weekly and the Veteran and Hall of Famer are daily SERP reporting.

However, me and Greg check sites on a daily basis, we are working on sites pretty much around the clock and if we' happen to be speaking to a client on Skype/email then we often give them 'mid week' updates

We use 2checkout, they take paypal and all credit cards so its quick and easy and a lot better than Paypal (imo)

Yea that's not an issue, that's another thing we often bring up with clients - You get keywords you would like to rank for and keyword that bring in money, we will help you find those, not an issue

Just a little review. I have been working with them for a month now. Communication has been good/fast. Advise has been well thought out and thorough. They really work with you and your specific sites needs to tailor their service to that. I have been happy so far and will be renewing. I would recommend to others.

I think one of the main things is us using Skype, we will have a think about if we're going to carry on using that as a form of contact as Skype crashes, mix it with timezones and things can get missed from time to time. Apart from one evening a few weeks ago email downtime(we moved emails to a cloud service) we answer most emails within 2-4 hours during UK business hours and Greg covers the 'shift' during American business hours, if we can improve that time then we will.


I'm glad you're getting solid results, that's what we do best and focus ourselves on


Like I said above, this is a deal where we work with clients to get the best from the site and us as a service, you listened to us and we listened you and the results are showing through, that's why it works

Your site has sky rocketed which is awesome to see, and thank for doing those tweaks, as you can see and as I have said above, it takes two to tango up Google

As you know, Greg aka BassTrackerBoats is the other half of TheRankingGuys and he left this message;

My Father had a stroke or brain aneurism today... the doctors are still sorting out the exact problem but it is certainly one or the other based on the symptoms. My family and I will be at his side as much as possible over the next few days in order to give him and each other as much support as possible.

Please bear with my lack of speedy responses to needs that you may have concerning any of my services as it is imperitave that we close ranks and deal with this together as a family.

This most certainly puts in perspective the health issues I have been dealing with for the past few months, as although they have caused some major changes in my life as well as my family's life it is not even remotely as serious as this.

I'll do all I can to continue to give solid service over the next few days and after this situation stabilizes I will most certainly be back in the saddle trying to give the best service possible.

I have purchased the largest package. So far everything has gone great. One suggestion would be to sign out of Skype when you are not using it. There have been several times where you're online but don't answer my messages. Simply log out when you aren't available. I will update everyone with my results in a couple weeks.

Skype has been turned off, messages still show as sent but don't get seen until the other person is online

As said before, Skype is not the main source of contact or support and weekends tend to be a bit slower on responses

I know you guys are both highly respected members of the forum, but I have to say this service has been a huge disappointment. Ever since I signed up on July 7, communication and service in general has been abysmal. After I sent an email that confirmed my payment, I didn't hear anything back from them for a week, so I then sent another email and still didn't get a reply so I sent a third email a few days later. This time I received a reply saying that my site was being worked on and asking if I had the login details to the server so that I could check the ranking reports. I did not, so I asked for it, and they said it would be sent in a few hours.

Five days went by and I still didn't receive the login details to the server so I sent another email, slightly annoyed at this point. Not to my surprise, I did not receive a reply to this email as well, so I sent yet another email 4 days later. This time I finally received a response and the login details, and they said they had been sending it out multiple times and to check my junk mail folder (nothing was there, and still don't see how the emails got lost between two gmail accounts).

Anyway, once I went into the system and looked at my ranking report, I noticed there was only 10 keywords on there even tho I paid for 12. I inquired about this and they assured me that 12 keywords were being worked on but for some reason only 10 were in the report and that they would look into it later and fix it. That was five days ago and nothing has changed.

In regards to the actual SEO aspect of the service, most of my more competitive keywords have not changed or have gone down in the serps, while a few of my easy keywords have increased a few spots. I wasn't really expecting any miracles in regards to keyword movement tho, since I gave them a penalized site. My disappointment is not with the SEO work as I can not determine its effectiveness due to the nature of my site, but rather with the communication/customer service.

Please cancel my subscription so that I am not charged again, and I would appreciate a refund, which I think is warranted in this case, but if you don't, whatever. My order number is 4750208234.

Unfortunately I have to agree with this exact review. I wasn't waiting for any miracles either but service level is very bad at this point. From the very start there were issues with e-mails not sent and after few questions login details finally poped in my junk folder. After this it took 2 weeks for guys to actually provide me with 6 KWs (I gave them 6 from the start). Then all of initial 6 KWs suffered a drop in SERPs and now they're starting to get back. One of my KW has dropped of top200 and none of 6KWs provided by them are in top200 yet.

I was waiting for 2 weeks for some sort of miracle to happen so KWs would go into top positions, yet nothing were happening. Today I wrote a letter to support and after few hours got some kind of angry reply stating that I just need to wait MORE. And suddenly KWs went up, but only in their tracker. Still waiting for these KWs to go up in another SERP trackers as well.

Overall what is disturbing is that i bought other $50 services in the past which were more efficient and customer-friendly than this one, and this is really frustrating.
There is just no miracles and guarantees in seo, everybody keeps saying 'you need to wait more' and 'this is not our fault' afterwards.
