I know you guys are both highly respected members of the forum, but I have to say this service has been a huge disappointment. Ever since I signed up on July 7, communication and service in general has been abysmal. After I sent an email that confirmed my payment, I didn't hear anything back from them for a week, so I then sent another email and still didn't get a reply so I sent a third email a few days later. This time I received a reply saying that my site was being worked on and asking if I had the login details to the server so that I could check the ranking reports. I did not, so I asked for it, and they said it would be sent in a few hours.
Five days went by and I still didn't receive the login details to the server so I sent another email, slightly annoyed at this point. Not to my surprise, I did not receive a reply to this email as well, so I sent yet another email 4 days later. This time I finally received a response and the login details, and they said they had been sending it out multiple times and to check my junk mail folder (nothing was there, and still don't see how the emails got lost between two gmail accounts).
Anyway, once I went into the system and looked at my ranking report, I noticed there was only 10 keywords on there even tho I paid for 12. I inquired about this and they assured me that 12 keywords were being worked on but for some reason only 10 were in the report and that they would look into it later and fix it. That was five days ago and nothing has changed.
In regards to the actual SEO aspect of the service, most of my more competitive keywords have not changed or have gone down in the serps, while a few of my easy keywords have increased a few spots. I wasn't really expecting any miracles in regards to keyword movement tho, since I gave them a penalized site. My disappointment is not with the SEO work as I can not determine its effectiveness due to the nature of my site, but rather with the communication/customer service.
Please cancel my subscription so that I am not charged again, and I would appreciate a refund, which I think is warranted in this case, but if you don't, whatever. My order number is 4750208234.

Hi - We replied to your email and provided you with your login detail and yes you did wait a bit longer than normal because you sent us an email at the weekend, we normally answer within a few hours to be honest but at weekends its a bit longer, on that weekend things were a bit sluggish as we moved our emails to the cloud

You spoke us 5 days ago, the reports update every week on the Rookie deal, I have just looked at your report and you have 12 keywords

This is one thing we stated to you when you asked us to help you;
"The site above looks like it might have a penalty, we might be able to help it out but it won't be a quick route at all, 3-6 months."
As you have stated, some of the easier keywords have increased in serp rankings, we can see that ourselves, and that is why we gave you a timeline, we have never stated we give overnight results but its results that you have started to see and something that is increasing
Your site is targeting some of the most competitive financial terms in the world, but it is going up as you have stated

At the end of the day, we don't claim overnight success, we offer realistic seo deals at good rates, we don't give a load of rubbish and throw a load of links at sites and we work with people to get a website ranking, You haven't sent us an email or skype to say 'hey guys whats up'
Your site is going up the search engine, even though its in a penalty...............
We are not perfect, don't claim to be but we stick to our word

Did you miss the point of my post? I specifically said I was not complaining about the SEO work, since I understand my site is penalized and the niche is very tough.
I was solely complaining about the lack of communication, which you barely addressed in your reply. Sure, I understand if it took a little longer to reply to my first email since it was a weekend and you moved to the cloud, but you didn't reply for a full week, after which I sent another email, which again was not responded to for several days, after which I had to send a third email, which was finally answered. And then the communication problems continued, as I outlined in my original post.
Are you for real? My whole post was about how I sent you guys multitudes of emails and didn't receive responses. I shouldn't have to go out of my way and find the time to get to you on skype when you guys can simply answer my emails.

I have to come in and say that the service is great. Communication can be improved, my skype messages go unheard. However, communication initially was excellent because I had to change my domain name after ordering and getting accepted. At this point I thought things were going to break but my keywords are ranking higher than they ever were before.
Yes, you guys need to respond to emails. I have sent a number of emails but didn't hear back. Still, keep up the good work with magical SEO service. I've figured if I don't bother you and you have more time to rank my site then little things don't matter - I am seeing pretty good results.

Me and Dan both work around the clock to make sure you guys all get the results we promise. Sometimes there might be an email that we can't get to right away, but we do make sure all the emails are replied to.
Our main focus is getting the sites ranked in a safe way as that's what this service is all about.
If you send an email, and you haven't received a reply in a timely manner, feel free to contact us via Skype or PM and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We only offer ranking reports which are weekly updated. When it comes to link building we don't really give any reports to our clients as we are selling results. How we get them is what this service is based on, so you can understand why we wouldn't want to share the details.

Both come with daily rank tracking due to the amount of keywords, these deals tend to work really really well with Ecommerce or large sites or those who simply like to rank for a ton of keywords, normally the best option to be honest

I signed up for this service a month ago for 12 keywords and now 7 of them are on the second page. I am happy with the results so far. Expecting to see all keywords in the first page very soon.
