In my experience (using checking tools), the first 1,000 copies that the UUUS churns out, at least each one has a 70% uniqueness from the other (two of my clients confirmed this aside from my confirmation). In that case, most of these copies were indexed easily because of the high uniqueness rate so I recommend 1k copies depending on how you will use it.

Some even go to a point that they use this for a 10k wiki blast. It's up to them but if you ask me, I will only use it for 1,000 sites which are at least PR1 so that they will get posted in quality sites.
