I just made a purchase for one year hosting.
Same here I just bought one year web hosting and its good but I got problem I can't use my domain name but the temporary website is working. I already called their hotlines and no ones answering right now. One more thing I tried to buy a reseller on the same domain name and I want to use a subdomain is that possible? I will be waiting for you reply.

THIS IS LITERALLY THE WORST HOSTING I EVER HAD.
MY VPS IS DOWN EVERY SINGLE DAY, AND THEY DON'T TELL ME WHY.

Looks like you're copying and pasting the same review which you posted on the other thread (Sounding fake at this point of stage, so I might need to verify everything personally). Kindly reply me back with your email as soon as possible and I'll personally have a check on it.
I have been an account holder for over a year and have multiple accounts for their seo hosting and vps. Support has been good but the last couple of weeks iIhave noticed extremely slow hosting. My page takes awhile to load up its kind of ridiculous I dont know what happened but i will be moving away. I want to say support is good and they answer the tickets pretty quickly. Though, it'll be ok for your network sites but honestly not great for your money sites.

I have to agree.
This past week for example, there were 3 days where not one hit registered on ANY of my sites. I never experienced this and the other stuff I experienced the past few months as when I first started with them about a year ago or so. At that time, I had no problems like this come up. But yeah, for the past couple of months, especially this past week, things just haven't been working as good as they should.
It's too bad, because like I said, they WERE good when I first transferred over, but as with all good things, they do come to an end, especially on service discounted as much as they have it for BHW members.
Oh well, there are other fish in the sea, and from what I saw recently, priced slightly cheaper with better upfront stats. I might give it a whirl if this keeps up, really.

weelll, after reading 80% of the posts,sounds like this is a good hosts. but I do have to ask the OBVIOUS questions for two reasons, one its posted in BHW and two, the hosting is in the USA. (not to mention, I have not seen anyone post this question - I do not like "assuming" things). Most of what I read here, suggested that many of our "activities" here on BHW, should be conducted on hosts outside the USA due to DMCA and other complaints. How does this hosts deal with those? Example I would rather just have a host that does linking, as I have a myriad of options for file hosting and torrents. Does BHW suggest this service as a viable option for hosting? And what of people that want to host files? Same question.

The issue happened because one of our hard drive failed which was already fixed as we replaced the hard drive. Hardware failure is a part of any hosting industry as no one can provide a guarantee for it, the only thing that can be done is, they can be replaced which we have taken care off, if anyone still has an issue then send me a PM and I would be happy to look into it.

Usually unlimited isn't, hosting companies in the USA can have a get-out clause in their TOS, which renders their sales pitch fake. I signed up for an 'unlimited' hosting, which wasn't and I had to move to another hosting company after several rude messages from them and they changed their TOS as soon as I pointed out what they were doing. If they say 'Fair Use' in their TOS, it means it is fair to them, not you, even if you have been with them several years. In the end, I could only use html on my sites, otherwise they kept taking ALL my sites down, which happened several times. IXHosting are the worst ever. Even free hosting is better than them.
