I opened a support ticket but it's not yet fixed mate.

Im purchased server hosting at $ 212.00 USD monthly and was using it.
Today about 16 hours ago I received the following email from my server hosting with access information: "thank you for choosing PowerUpHosting as your dedicated server provider."
Then, when I connected to the server, I could see that it was fully formatted.
Again, server hosting. I have received a message from PowerUpHosting on the above problem and the following message. The server is stuck and can not be connected via consoled. It will be fixed by restarting the server forcefully. However, this may result in some potential data corruption if any software is running on the server " I think the server is already formatted (it is already formatted and ready to connect) and is simply delaying the time.
Right now, I could not use all of my information that I had in server hosting, but I lost it. They are only confirming without taking any action.
