Ordering 2 order still no report send.. 1 order is more than a week old... what happen here?

I just wanted to post that although I didn't receive my report and don't know if the work was carried out azguru was apologetic and refunded me immediately.

I understand that systems do fail and because I feel he handled the situation well, I will be placing another order next week.

Let me look into this for you. Please check your spam folder for the reports in case they are there. If we failed to deliver your order, you will receive a refund.

Received two orders from you: one paid, and one unpaid. please just resubmit the info for the one that is not paid, or you can PM me and just send the money via PayPal.
