Here's my initial take about this service:

I am one of the the early buyer who manged to get the 1+1 website.
Communication with the seller through email and pm is good.
The first site was delivered after 3 days after I gave them the site details and I can see that the second site is being worked on too.
Design of the site is neat and relevant to the niche/keyword provided.
As the op is promising the instant page one ranking, I'm not sure if it will be attained without a little push.
Currently my first site is not on the first page but the keyword has a very low competition and very easy to rank judging from the first page result on google serp.
I can see the op is offering a free submission for UAW now (Though I'm not sure if my order qualify for that promotion.) I'm sure the uaw submission will get my site to the first page without doing any SEO on my part.
Anyways, As I have said, the keyword is so easy to rank that even without the UAW submission, just do bookmark submission and web 20. and I'm sure the site will rank.
By the way, the keyword that the seller gave me has a high adwords competition, 6600 global and 5400 local US searches with an approximate cpc of $.62

All in all, I'm pleased with this service and I'll update once i receive the second website.

I waspleasantly surprised by this service. Bill was extremely easy to communicate with. After I made the purchase for the site he emailed me the info regarding the keywords. Everything looked great competition wise, CPC and search volume. One of the keywords I did not care for, there was nothing wrong with it, it just wasn't something I have any interest in, so if I wanted to expand the site later myself
I would hate writing the articles for it. I emailed Bill and had a new keyword within hours with no questions asked.

Now on to the actual site - My site was finished a day ago (so no update on ranking yet, I will come back here and post when I have that info). The design is great, it definitely doesn't look like a "made for adsense" site. I was really surprised by the articles. They read very well and contained actual useful information related to the keyword. Once again - not just some keyword-stuffed, unreadablegarbage, but a quality articles, probably worth more than what I paid for the whole site.

The adsense placement is nice, very click-able - but not in your face. Overall I was impressed with this service (both the communication and overall product).
