How do you cash in with Pinterest ?

No matter what i do, the accounts get suspended, deleted or ghosted
If they don't, the money links goes to their spam page warning
Now you can't send directly to a sponsor
You can't use a url shortner
You can't redirect as it gets reported
Can't send to CPA even with redirects (gets busted almost right away too)

You can get a lot of people coming on to your website. To keep you accounts safe you can get proxies or VPN to manage them. Never Directly put money links, you have to be with a reputable CPA network whose links are not spy-mal-ad*ware.
URL shortner screams "I am Scam". You don't need any redirects or any Cloaking. You can earn good with Ads and Landing Pages.
