Hi,
That's because KM replaces all links (naked included) with the tokens. If you want to use the co-citation (naked urls or brands) then you can just put the GSA SER tags inside the link settings window directly instead of your anchors/urls.
Scraping comments is a nice feature suggestion. We have it in our to-do list but we haven't started working on it yet.

I have some questions hope you can answer:
When i preview a project, i see that KM sometimes use the naked url in the body, which is great, but when i export it to GSA ser format it only have the anchor text tokens and there are no naked urls, how can i fix that.
Why does KM not scrape or create comments ? to be imported into GSA as part of the export file, on the moment.
