I got lucky and got to do a review on this. Got the report and wow, really well done and detailed. Got a ton of solid links. My main keyword moved from #6 to #4 for a competitive keyword and it's still early, so I'll report back in awhile and let people know how it turned out. This is a simple pricing scale. The more you buy in bulk the better the rate/cost per linkpwn is. More you buy the more you save. These big coupons above do apply to all our packages!

Okay, I got a review copy before this thread was live.

Speed: It was blazing fast as far as I can remember. One day I checked the Google doc file and they told me they had started. Then all of a sudden, within a good few days I got a notification saying it was complete.

Communication: There was hardly any issues so I did not have to contact him, but it looks like he is a reputable member all round so communication should not be an issue.

Quality: Guys and girls. This guy delivers, and he delivers what he says very well. I used this on a website which was struggling in SERPS. This service basically pushed me up a whole page, and trust me - I had been trying to do that for very long, and the day finally came. Top notch service, and the prices are very affordable.

If you are looking for a good service, then stop. Because you are already here! GO FOR IT!

But I received my report pretty quickly, after the work was started. The report is well formatted and easy to follow and look at the links. Shortly after the work started my site started moving around a lot in the SERPs - so it was a clear sign a lot of new links were coming in. As of a few days ago (when I last checked the results) the site was still bouncing around but had taken 3 leaps up in the SERPs - I'll report back in a few days and see where it ended up. Thanks for the review copy, the overall experience has been pleasantly smooth. Of course these guys are professionals and get the job done correctly.

@Herbshack - The results stick pretty well for majority of our clients. Obviously once you start building a few links to your site and stop your not going to hold ranking based on competition/etc. for that keyword/niche. Typical turn around for completion is 7-10 days, but we normally get everything done much faster. We can slow the package down or drip feed numerous LinkPWN's over various url/keywords.
