purchased it over a month and a half ago.. i wasn't impressed by the results and asked for a refund a few days later. ali asked for receipt details so i sent transaction ids and all of that and i haven't been refunded or gotten a response back since. I've opened a couple of tickets, no responses.

anybody else have this issue?

edit: also, i can't even USE it because it says the license is already being used when i try to run the software. i'm basically out 100 bucks and i can't even use it.

Everyone who asks for a refund gets it, especially if you can't use the site. If you already emailed us, send me your email or username again so I can find you in the system.

P.S.: New purchases are not recommended at the moment because the site needs some major repairs.
