I responded to your PM and explain why there is no refund for non technical reasons. I do refund if a person has troubles accessing the tool, like some Chinese customer had and if there is anything wrong with our server/interface/billing. The information itself is sadly not refundable. Imagine what will happen if I respond here publicly and offer you a refund just like that. Immediately I would get 5 more people trying to peek on the inside and then asking for money back. I am sorry that you are not satisfied and I am at your disposal if you need any help or if you have any questions.

We track where (which profiles) and when (how long) ads are showing up. With this information each member can evaluate ad performance. But there is no way to guarantee that one can replicate existing ads successfully. Your main objective should be learning from other ads and then applying parts of that knowledge to your own campaigns.

Here is the curent country list: United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Sweden, Brazil, Spain, Netherlands, India, Germany, France, Italy, Turkey, Denmark, Ireland, Norway, Portugal, New Zealand, Finland and Argentina.

For Spain, there are 8 profiles , males and females, age 25, 35, 45 and 55.
