im highly interested in this product i just like to do research before i jump into a new method of making money lol im new to fb ppc but ive been doing fb apps/viral scripts for some time i need something new in my life!

The average suggested bid on new ads depends from your average CTR on account basis and after you run each new ad, suggested CPC adapts to your specific ad CTR. Average Joe's FB CPC is pretty high, because most people don't know how to optimize their ads or they don't have to /want to (like big brands).
Suggested bid also doesn't mean you have to pay that much. If your ads have high CTR, FB lowers your price per click, which increases your ROI.
Suggested and actual CPC are also different from country to country.
If there is more competition, CPC is higher because FB is selling ad placements on auction based platform where other advertisers can outbid you. But Facebook also calculates their revenue on impression basis. Let me explain: If your ad gets 10.000 impressions and 20 clicks (0,2% CTR) and your competitor gets only 5 clicks with same amount of impressions (0,05% CTR), he will need to pay 4-times more per click than you to outbid your ad, because if he doesn't pay that much, your ad is still earning Facebook more money, that's why FB gives you more traffic. To sum all up: CTR is king
To make a quick test on specific campaign, 10-20$ is normally enough. But keep in mind that if you test a higher payout offers like affiliate CPS products or 40$ financial lead offers, you will need to spend much more to test them well enough. But for email submits, dating, gaming, everything that pays a few $... testing an ad with the budget size 3x or 4x the payout is enough.

Good thinking. If viral money is flowing in nicely, it's smart to invest some in PPC and test that part of Facebook marketing as well.

Profile List

Hi. Sorry for the noob questions. So you can see the ads created ... can you see how it is geo targeted. What are the profiles mentioned.. profiles of fb users that see the ad, or the marketers that created the ad.

Profiles are actually "people" who see ads that are running. Different profiles provide us with a massive ad database, growing every day.
Since we know the characteristics of people who saw an ad, we know pretty much how it is targeted. Geo location included, and also age, gender, marital status, how long the ad is active...

Right now I am looking for cheap ways to promote my iphone app. Do you think facebook ads can be a good place to pomote iphone apps ???
Again I havent done any PPC before, so I am curious how good I can do with it as a newbie.
Does your newbie guide also provide information on buying facebook vouchers for cheap and running ads on them, to cut down on the investment cost ???

FB PPC is a great traffic source for promoting apps, but you have to calculate your max. acceptable price per click to break even or profit. That means you should have an estimate how much money will each app optin bring you. Then you can start testing paid ads and searching for the best ROI.
I do have FB tutorials, and more will be added, but at the moment I don't have any tutorial about VCC + Coupon method. I tested several providers lately, because my members requested this information, but for now, no cheap VCC or AVS VCC went through FB fraud detection screening. I don't use coupons, but I'll keep trying to come up with a method because I agree that it is something that can really benefit newbies.
The whole point of using SAN tool is not to go after coupons because with the information inside, you can profit while paying real money for FB ads.

We do not offer cloaking tool, if you had that in mind. But we do scrape a lot of cloaked ads; not all of course, some advanced cloakers may avoid our proxies.
