You should give the format like this:

http://URL2.com {kw1|kw2|kw3|kw4}
http://URL3.com {kw1|kw2|kw3|kw4}
and so on...

however, if you want to use only one keyword per url then you should use this format:

http://URL1.com {kw1}
http://URL2.com {kw2}
http://URL3.com {kw3}
and so on...
