Still feels like this is in Beta as simple things have not yet been updated.

For example I requested the reports be fixed so they would actually be useful to distribute - which you would think would have a pretty high priority - but nothing so far.

Also would like an option like in market samurai

you input 10 keywords and 4 urls and it tracks them all rather than creating just one domain and 10 keywords -- as when your working on a client project I don't need to report individually - but better as a group.

Today I check the report vs manual for just a few words and the results are way off -- alot of n/a -- so bit more accuracy would be good - then ran Serp Attacks and it was on the money as per my own searching.

Since BTB is involved I'll stay with the service - but these simple type things need to get a move on..... guess we have been using it for two weeks now altogether on a paid plan.

Darko is in the air right now heading to Ad Tech in San Francisco and we'll be having a face to face once I get there and have some of these updates adjusted, Danny. Poor guy has like a 22 hour trip I think it is.... for me it is only about 7 hours or so.

In the last 48hours lots of keywords are showing n/a so there is an issue present.

Also been waiting on the reports to be fixed since I signed up a month ago?

he sent me an email response that said really nothing on the reports .. but for me this is something that's real important to fix

as I can wait on some of the other things if I have that done.

Most of my website are showing n/a but that isn't true.

Indeed no reply. You have problems emailing me before but thought was fixed as I have received emails from you since the problem. It seems I'm not the only facing the n/a and reports issues. The n/a thing is new to me in the last 48hours but the reporting has been an issue the whole month and your support should be well aware of the issue as I have told them numerous times.

Despite the reputation and respect I have Darko and BassTrackerBoats I'm starting to get annoyed as well. Could you provide us with an estimated ETA for the reporting issue and the n/a problem?
Even if you can provide an exact ETA, I would still like some ensurance these problems are indeed getting worked on.

Just wanted to say a few words about the service - I have been using for about a month now and I have also been running this service alongside Traffic Travis.

Im very happy with how things work, this service seems very accurate (im probably stating the obvious but I was concerned about that).

The design is wicked and the site is very easy to use.

I have noticed a few bugs in there but nothing major. Its passed the trial period with me so Im definitely sticking with the service and I definitely recommend it

No communication what so ever trough contact form.
Stats are way off atm.
Not getting any report emails.

Still not convinced, looking for another solution now since i dont want to have these issues with over 100 seo clients when i implement this.

Totally agree with what most have said here in terms of needed changes ASAP.

That's all very well but if they are offering a service we are paying for they should make sure they always have support available and things get fixed promptly.

It's been days for the n/a rankings bug and a month for reports bug. That's plenty of time to fix things. I thought I found a great SERP tracker here but now I am on the edge of looking elsewhere.

I'm going to leave this service, rankings are not accurate but I'm sure that this is not the only SERP tracking website with this problems.

Instead I will use a SERP tracker software which have lots of fast updates. The weakness of the software is that I need to update my rankings manually but at this time I don't have many sites.

This service is fantastic when working great. I think the data currently is inaccurate and I almost shit my pants when I opened it up today as tons of my site are showing as N/A but are actually still fine when I google them.

Hope they get it sorted out soon.

When this thing works, there is nothing better out there right now IMO. Good luck guys.

I apologize for the delayed response on this issue as I was on a flight for 28 hours and couldn't get online.

The main problem with the n/a rankings is being worked on as we speak. We are trying to fix it as soon as possible.

I was thinking google is getting ready to slap me again and serpbuddy must be seeing this on some data centers. In a way I am very happy that it is a "bug in the tool" rather than a "bug in google" ;-)

can you outline a schedule you have to resolve these problems - and I am more than happy to wait a week to see these things solved - however I am not prepared to just keep paying forever for something that isn't working at all at the moment.

1. reports - able to sort the keywords from 1 - 1000 - able to remove Bing and other things that I have disabled on the dashboard instead of them appearing on the reports.

2. n/a and basically rankings that are not working.

3. be able to create a group and enter 4 urls and 40 keywords and allow it too group search (happy to wait longer on this one)

Other people seem to have further requests.

We fixed the bug last night and we are just testing how it works, but from the stats I was monitoring it seems that everything is back to normal.
