It depends on your keyword. We have ranked keywords such as 'payday loans' before, so yes. The more harder your keyword, the bigger the package is recommended.

I ordered the package 1 for $50.
Today, after 6 days from ordering I received the report.
20 web 2.0 properties properly interlinked with readable spinned content with images and videos, it doesn't look like spam at first glance
Checked those websites in scrapbox and they are not yet indexed by G00gle.
My keyword is a low competition below 1000 US searches and my website was sitting at #18 6 days ago, today it's #20.
Will update as soon as I see SERP improvements, I hope for a top5 ranking ( I'm #1 for other variation of this keyword ).
Quick update:
After 12 hours 6 out of 20 properties are already indexed in G

Yes, but the website must not contain any pornography. For e.g. - cam websites are fine with us. We charge an extra $10 for this as well as we need to apply different strategies to make sure they don't get removed.
