Good question and thanks for asking. Yes, some people's "difficult" could be your "easy" or "moderate".
I am not going to reveal the keyword that customer used but I can tell you that it has a Competition Index on SerpIQ of over 60.
That's definitely not low competition if that is what you were maybe thinking.
I can tell you that the Competition Index is higher than that of "payday loans" so the actual keyword is pretty hard itself. If you consider that easy, then no problem.
I can guarantee you that it is not a low competition keyword. Some professionals may say its Moderate but with the stats I used and found, it looks like a hard competition keyword.
As for case studies, Im working on and doing this on a few test websites but really haven't been doing much work on that recently, but I will post some of them later.

With package 4 and 5 (100/200) properties . . . Are you using 1 hand written article only? What i mean is if i order package 1 do i get the same written spun article as i do with package 6?

Yes, but with Package 6, we use more than 1 article and we spin that.
