Yes, on the 1,000 submissions package you can use 40 different domains. Let us know when ordering if you want to split the submission evenly between them or make it random

Too soon to see result, don't forget we're drip feeding all of the submissions (so not all of your posts have been submitted yet), and after they've been submitted it takes a little time for them to index. Wait a bit more and you'll see the results
