Another bug: manually selecting and deleting keywords takes a while (lags the software); doesn't matter if its 1 keyword you are manually deleting or 100.

Hi everyone,
We are addressing the bugs and issues as we run into them as best we can. When keyword tool switched to keyword planner, we rushed out the update so UNF was still usable for the majority of our users. We didn't want to wait four months with UNF being unusable like other programs. Now, it's a matter of managing the available money in the bank account and paying the developer support to fix the issues. We'll take our hits and continue to support the program.
We aren't giving up on you.

I absolutely agree with you DutchTrafficService, this isn't a bug nor a bit of broken code. It's big, yes even bigger than I thought it was. I wonder how about the other online/web-based keyword research tools handle this situation, did they also find it so hard after the GKT change ?

There's definitely something wrong with the competition analyzer -- it's reporting short tail keywords with HIGH volumes as easy / very easy which upon manual review are definitely not easy to rank for based on the # of results, on-page factors, # of backlinks etc. Could you take a look into this please and address this issue? Could it have something to do with the proxy

Sadly I am temporarily going to have to switch to Traffic Travis due to the inaccuracy of the competition analyzer; it's reporting "free mmorpg" as a "very easy" keyword.

Market Samurai has already adjusted itself with the GKT change. While I get frustrated with UNF's keyword expansion, MS does it with no problem.

Just as an update, we are working on implementing a new SDK that we hope will fix the timing out issues that some of you are having. I have a few of you that I will be sending the beta link out to. We are also looking at the competition analysis and will focus on it after the SDK is completed.

Thanks, but without the competition analysis working properly, the whole core function of the software is basically missing. I look forward to the next few updates and hope I can keep UNF in my arsenal of tools. Any ideas when the update(s) will be released?

So you are probably ok. The easiest thing you can do is PM me for the Beta version. I think we've worked out a lot of the kinks and the beta is working for most of the users that experienced issues.

Any updates on what's happening with the competition analyzer Hango? Don't mean to rush you but my work has doubled since the competition analyzer stopped calculating accurate competition difficulties.

We are going to release the Beta we've been working on Monday or Tuesday. This speeds up the program a little bit and has shown to make it more stable with the beta users. My developer is working on the competition analysis this weekend, and we aren't sure if we'll be ready before we release the upcoming beta.
