So I just tried the new version of UNF and I'm pretty disappointed. I know you are still working on it but the tool doesn't seem to be very usable right now. I typed in "search engine optimization" then pressed "add kw and expand" only to get two more keywords added to the list. I then expanded all three keywords and ended up with 5 total. This took roughly five minutes.
On top of that - when I ran UNF (for the first time in a couple weeks) it asked me to use my second computer license even though this is the only computer it has been installed on.
I miss UNF! This makes me a sad panda
. Is there anything I may be doing wrong?
Is there any way I can import exact match results from the keyword planner that I gather manually? I still have no idea how to get exact match results from the keyword planner... ugh.

With Google Planner there is now ONLY exact match data

You miss my point.. If I choose New Zealand.. I am getting global numbers.. not New Zealand numbers..
If I check direct at Google the numbers are not the same.

Others that have had issues with keyword expansion, have uninstalled using windows uninstaller and then reinstalled the software from the site. This has fixed their expansion issues, except for one individual that I'm working with.
You can PM me your registration e-mail and I can reset it.
You can always import keywords from keyword planning using the CSV import.

Just uninstall and reinstall. This has solved the issue for most of the people.

Next week, we are working on speeding up UNF and making the code more efficient. We also need to spell complete correctly. I'm not sure if you've tried uninstalling and then re-installing. This has worked for other users.

Just wanna mention that after re-installing I am now also getting hundreds of expansions per seed keyword like in the old days. Thanks for getting this amazing tool back up Hango!
You will get results for whatever area you have set in the settings tab. If you have all countries, then you'll get all countries/global results. If you do just the US, then you'll get US results.

Still won't work for me after uninstalling and re-installing, still getting like 3-30 results per keyword expanded. Any idea whats up?

Are you referring to the trend research function? The Amazon trends are updated every hour. The Google Trends are added to daily, and it pulls the last 72 hours of trends.
