hi ive changed my server twice recently and it says I have reached the max number of machines the program can be installed on. I only need it active on my current machine

Still getting 2 results when using "All countries" and none when using "United States"

So, my developer and I have tested a few accounts that have been experiencing the issues when expanding results. These accounts are expanding and working fine when used on our computers.
One of the users that was experiencing this issue, un-installed UNF using Windows Uninstaller and then re-installed the most recent version. He e-mailed me and said that he can expand keywords now. Try fully un-installing and then re-installing UNF.
The other possible issue might be if you're running other SEO software at the same time you're running UNF. All of us probably use the same method or a very similar method to get our data. Try shutting down the other SEO programs and then using UNF.
Please try those two things. Post on the forum or PM me with results.

One trick I found to work when it was giving me like 9 results from an expansion was simply to clear state and restart.
I'm only getting 3-10 keyword ideas whereas I used to get hundreds. The settings haven't changed:
Country: United States
Language: English
Match Type: Exact
Allow Adult Keywords and Show only closely related keywords both unchecked.
Any ideas?
I type in 'seo' like the example above and only getting 9 results?
I also noticed that when I log into adwords the keyword planner tool always has arabic as the language, not English. There isn't anyway to change this default to english. is UNF changing this?

Hi,
I want to reset my license. Can you tell me the procedure? I am using 1/2 of my available machines. The one I had crashed and I had to get a new machine.
Also I thought clyde owned it. Didnt know it changed ownership. Got no emails etc.

because "global" and "local" went away with keyword planner, the one avge. results might look like a global number.

Are you not getting any results at all? Or only when related to adult? Can you PM me a keyword you're trying?

Uninstalling with Windows uninstaller and then reinstalling UNF has worked for 5 customers now (hasn't worked for one of you all). Please try that if you haven't yet.
