Hey hostwinds. I've shared hosting at the minute with yourselves. Just done a sitecheck on woorank and it shows my ip relating to my site is flagged as a spam ip. Signed up through bhw hence the oost here. How does this affect my sites hosted on your servers with the likes of google etc?

Can you please shoot me a PM with the IP in question?

Shoot me a PM with your email on file with us, Please let me know exactly what issues you are having. Once I have this information, I will make sure whatever problems you are having are fixed.

Alternatively you can always upgrade your plan to get more RAM, the upgrades are instant with 0 downtime. I highly recommend you PM me or open a ticket first though, as some applications can have memory leaks, or an improperly coded script (not sure if your on linux or windows). Regardless, I want to make sure that you do not have any issues that we can fix without upgrading. So that we upgrade you as a last resort, no need to spend any more money if it's not needed.

this is the worst suport i ever see in my life.
i supose they thing that the custumoers are stupid this is not posible.
i pay 80$/ month for what? to put me on hold every hour for 2 days?
and this is not the first time is 4th time in 2-3 months.

I'm new to Hostwinds.. I'm using their webhosting for 7 days or so.. but so far I like this:

- In the first place I like how you allow me to host 4 domains (1 main + 3 addons) for like $4.50 where other major hosting companies charge like $3.50 to host 1 domain or $8 for unlimited number of domains.. so there is no a "in between" plan available anywhere else.. and this is exceptional feature for me
- Hosting is so fast... I have tested on pingdom, My site is faster than 89% websites ever tested
- Um.. that's it

I hope the hosting will remain that way for all the features I have mentioned. Thanks.

We performed scheduled maintenance at the time you posted this. The downtime was from 2:25 AM CST until 2:30AM CST (5 minutes)

This was to implement an upgrade to our core Routers.
