We have been on live chat all day, and have handled over 100 Live chat Requests today, maybe you could tell me the email you used when trying to open live chat so I can better track down the issues you were having
We have competitive pricing on our VPS plans, we are able to provide our great pricing because we actually OWN our equipment unlike most providers, so the cost to us is much less, and we feel these savings that we make should be passed on to our client's

I was added sometime ago. Maybe 20 days or a bit more.
I've already have you in my contacts. I chat (or maybe I chat alone) with you in the same day you added me. To say you the truth, I have not missed.
I typed a lot and you did not answer. You always want to talk in SKYPE.
No answer about my doubts (about reseller hosting).

About your price, I IMAGINE that it is cheap for you for any reason that I do not know.
I will not insert prices here because if I did it, I could be really polite and do something against rules.
For me, your price COULD BE good if:
1. It was a "MANAGED" VPS
2. It had Cpanel and Softaculous include.
(I could not find anything about number of IP in each VPS).
Maybe you were very very very very busy in that day, but I HATE the way you meet a prospective client. At least, the minimum that a person who has education is type something to explain and ask to chat in another day.
If your chat worked that day (the chat in your site), I did not need to type in MSN.
I'll subscribe to this thread to read your answer about " so the cost to us is much less, and we feel these savings that we make should be passed on to our client's".

I ordered a VPS Level 5 yesterday but for some reasons, my phone no wasn't verified properly. So I requested for another verification but why do we actually need to do that in the first place? Kinda wonder if this kind of inconvenience is actually helping to boost the sales.

I am awaiting files from bart on dutch server.. I read in other thread you dont suspend hosting for dmca? can you explain further, for example i host 5 sites and one has dmca notice. do you remove the dmca one and leave other 4?
