The outage in question was the result of a DDoS attack and subsequent corruption of an access switch to which your server is connected. We have replaced the device and are completing final testing now. We will be updating the aforementioned notification to that effect shortly. At this time, everything should be operating correctly. Please let us know if you have any further trouble.

I have very BAD experience with proxyblaze.
I talk with them for some days on skype and by mail before I ordered to make sure their proxies can work with Instagram as many providers fails to deliver. they assured me that their proxies are working well with IG and if there going to be any problem they will change the proxies.
First it was the turnaround time 48h. very long compared to other providers that deliver in a few hours, but I thought it's probably worth the waiting if I will get good working proxies. now I know why it take so long. because they scam you that way with the 3 days trial which became only 1 day and then they charge you for it. how can the 3 days trial start if you have nothing to test?
A few hours later 13 of them didnt work. I asked to replace them and they reboot their server and all looks good.
Next day all the proxies were been flagged as an open proxy.
I contact the support and they said there is no problem with the proxies although I couldnt use them at all as they all been flagged as an open proxy. is this a joke?
They then said that they cannot do anything regarding this and can give me a refund.
They refuse to refund the full amount by saying its only for BHW member, which I am.
and then they said "As our service was already used by the client". sure I did. for 3 days trail and it didnt work!!!
Then they said "We issue a refund only for the 1st order & for the first month", well. it is the 1st order and the last one too.
They supply the proxies after 48h on purpose to make you believe that you have 3 days full money back guaranty trail but in reality they behave like thief in a broad daylight.
I did order from NewIPNow and myprivateproxy which both have excellent customer service and even though their proxies didn't worked for me I got a FULL refund with no hassle.
Did dignity and integrity disappeared from this world?

We have over 50 members from BHW who are using the proxies for xGram & no one has faced a single issue. We have already refunded a prorated amount & I am not sure what else do you need? When you proxies were canceled it was delivered to someone else for the same purpose that is xGram and no issues. The set up time which is 1 to 48 hours has nothing to do with a 3 day refund policy. It starts from when you have made the order. I am not sure why there was a PayPal dispute when you accepted to issue a prorated refund?
How can the setup time have nothing to do with a 3 day refund policy?
If its 2 days setup time then it leave 1 day for the refund policy.....so its not 3 days as you published.
I need a FULL refund!!
