Passing the paypal fees back to your customers is a totally different thing altogether, and should be stated as such imho.

Right now it looks like I am to be billed on the 17th(yesterday) and I still do not have access to my proxys.

I have no issue with a verification period but I want to verify that you will start the subscription from when I have access not when I ordered.
