Hi, I just buy the socks5 private proxies today. But I got problem when i use it. After change the proxy setting in firefox, I can't open any website. Cause the firefox browser always open the download up message.
When firefox download pop up, if I select cancel, then firefox will stop and never open the website i want. If select save file, then firefox will save the firefox page and not open the website.
I already submit a ticket 8-9 hours ago, but don't get any response till now.
Can you help me to solve the problem ? So I can start use the proxies.

Just ordered ten. Where will they be sent to? Also if they die do you replace them immediately or do I have to wait until next month?
i plan to order 2 proxy servers in the future but i need to know something first.
proxyblaze can you tell me if its possible to not renew the proxys but to make them permanent??
cuz with what i do and the websites i use to make money i need the proxys to stay the same for as long as i use them.
if that can be made possible i will be a very happy and long time customer.

Hey, Thanks for the interest. Your account will be activated soon. When they die we replace them within 1-48 hours. We replace once in a month. They don't actually die, we manually kill them due to assigning new ip block to the server. Let me know if you any more questions.
