Yes they do work. It depends how you use it. If they don't work for your purpose we have a 3 days full refund policy.

I dont understand, this is your TOS :

* Violations of the Terms of Service will waive the refund policy. * Any illegal activities with the proxies would result in a ban and no refunds.

* If You do Misbehave with the Support Team (Chat/Ticket) will also waive the refund policy.

* Refund applicable with valid reason, which can't be solved by us.

* No Refund will be issued if you are using second time our service it's only offered once a customer for any product.

- Our proxies should only be used for lawful/legal purposes.
- Sharing of our proxies and proxy account will result in a ban & simply no refunds.
- Any illegal use would result in a termination of the account and a strict legal action would be taken.

All services provided by ProxyBlaze may only be used for lawful purposes. IRC and Torrents are allowed on our dedicated servers but not on proxy servers.


Am i missing something ? or scrapebox, and other BlackHat programs
are perfectly legal for your proxies services and your terms and conditions ?

Scrapebox & other SEO tool are not illegal as long as they dont spam the hell out. If you know how to use those tools with the proxies, you are good to go
