I have never bought proxies before and you will be the first service I use. Few things I need to clarify, I want to purchase 10 proxies but your pictures say 13/month so is that 13 a month for these proxies, you also said you get fresh proxies every month, did you mean additional proxies.
I'd like to know this as well.

my concern is for more IP's and i wonder if 'proxies' will help out here.
i use HideMyAss in the US as a VPN but it crashes too often.
i have software that scans the sites of online sportsbooks ( bookmakers ) for their best and early odds for sporting events.
i have 2x VPS on hire in the UK and i live in australia.
my software runs 24/7 and scan each site at approximately every 2/3 minutes.
any help / advice greatly appreciated, thank you palindon
