I think you misunderstood the whole concept.
You provide just an url of your website - we then comment on thousands blogs over a year and do some additional link building for your domain. No buying visitors etc.

We have too much going on right now to allow blocking some pages.
We aim at all pages on the website and backlink to it.
You should submit "www.dogs.com" as url, add keywords, and thats it. This will help your inner pages a lot!

You can try to simply Google your sites url and see bookmarks and blog comments getting indexed (at least few will).
If you read earlyier on in the thread the op states to give detailed reports would bring the cost of the service up. So at the current price would be not possible. But also recomended to check your backlinks on a 3 weekly basis and you should see some improvement.
Yeah - recovering reports would rise cost of this service twice at least (to cover cost of staff).
