After 9 days my keyword came - despite saying all domains are checked for trademarks - mine was clearly a TM domain.

I've been refunded - but told not to order again as they're snowed under.

Just to chime in that the OP did PM me that the keyword will be delivered ASAP after his trip back and it has been like 4 days and yet still no respond. My order was place 2 weeks ago so it's really long now. Please let me know an EXPECTED date to receive it. I hate chasing after things like this.

Hello everybody,

With my deepest apologies I must say sorry to all of you. We didn't expect that many orders and so high interest for this service and unfortunately we are unable to provide it. All orders (most of which are already late) will be delivered or refunded. Right now I'm looking for a mod to edit the thread.

We tried our best to complete all the orders, I even hired 2 assistants and it was still hard, so basically we are not able to provide the service any longer.

Another reason for quitting offering this service is that a lot of people are not satisfied with their keyword because it's hard to be monetized or the competition seems too hard. All of those have been refunded or keyword have been changed, although we said there wont be any refunds. I personally believe it's normal because of the nature of those keywords.

Please do not make new orders! We are going to work until Christmas and then refund everyone who hasn't received a keyword.

I know you might be disappointed, but so are we.
