Yes of course our service works with new domains, just do not use biggest packages to new sites.

Well about .jp domains it should work, but we never did links to such sites. Also we can't accept them as they have not Latin chars.

The site I'd be building link to is one of my main business website. I cannot afford to get it penalized. Have you had any clients reporting that they got penalized?

I am fine with rankings dropping back to earlier stage in case your network gets de-indexed.

However, I cannot be OK with a penalty.

Looking for an honest reply.

Well, nobody reported such issues, there were only reports that people tried to use the service to recover already penalized site and even for some it helped. But, still we can't control google reaction, so it more depends on your site and niche. You could send us the website and we will take a look on it.
