Okay following up from the questions above, if I promote 10 pages at once and order the 100 links package, how do the links get distributed?

Is it going to be exactly 10 links per page, or is it going to be more random?

Also if you only allow up to 10 keywords, isn't that too little for anchor text diversification? Are you going to be diversifying the anchor text more?

It is not too little, also you can enter your same url into second form window and enter other keywords, then will be like 20 different keywords. You can even enter 10 times same URL and use all different keywords.

5-7 working days is estimated, but it is much faster right now!

2CO said you should contact your bank about this issue, also they said you should try clear cache and delete cookies and try again. If this not help then you should try other browser.
