Is it SAFE and USEFUL to use this service with a new website without other backlinks??

Okay, it's review time. I ordered 50 posts for $99.99 and the package was delivered back on Dec 22. I checked on Dec 22nd using scrapebox to see how many were indexed. I had 30 of the 50 that were indexed in Google. I just checked today, about 3 weeks later and there are 27 indexed, so I lost 3. So the index rate for this network is not as good as something like BMR. The PR was pretty good for all of the sites though. Now for ranking? not too impressed guys...here it is:

KW 1 on 12/21: 69 today: 79
KW 2 on 12/21: 77 today: 54

So yeah, it improved a little, but this keyword is NOT competitive. Only 5,400 exact searches per month and low competition sites on page 1 of SERPS.

Because it's still at #54, I have seen no traffic improvement. I do have to say that there was an immediate increase in rank...that lasted for a couple weeks, then dropped off again. Here's a trending chart to show you:

Thank You for review! :) You should build links all the time for the site, not just one time as you say in your situation, could you also PM your keywords and url/s , we would check your keywords and site :)

Well, I'm back for another order. Why? Because my first 3 orders rocked! I don't give good reviews simply because someone has good customer service or sends me a nice report. I only provide good reviews when SERPS actually improve. I have to say that I'm very happy with what I've seen:

Order submitted 1/1/12 - Rank was 16th
As of 1/12/12 - Rank is now 4th

For another keyword that is related (which I did NOT put in the order), It moved from rank 3 to rank 1

For one of the other orders I submitted, my keyword was #9 as of 1/1/12, but as of 1/12/12 (and still today), it's up to #4.

Interested in the whole network, got a spot available and price? Since these are links that roll off homepage, how long are they going to stay? Would it end up being a monthly order, basically..

BTW ">PR6" is a bit misleading, it means greater than pr6, you just gave me a boner thinking you're selling 400+ with PR6+

For $99 Will I get 50 backlinks from:
PR 6 domains - 10
PR 5 domains - 40

OR:

PR 3 domains - 35
PR 2 domains - 15

This is little difference.
